Dr.Catch may collect account email addresses, uploaded examination video files, generated analysis files, analysis logs, payment status information, and technical data needed to operate the service.

Dr.Catch does not intentionally collect full payment card numbers. Card payment details are handled through the Eximbay payment page.

Uploaded videos are used to run the requested analysis and generate downloadable outputs such as processed videos, torsion graphs, LR graphs, UD graphs, and report files.

Generated result files may be kept temporarily for download. Current analysis outputs may be replaced by the next analysis session. Repository files are intended to be visible for a limited period and then automatically deleted.

Dr.Catch uses login-based access controls so users can access only their own uploaded files and result repository. Payment details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored as full card details by Dr.Catch.

Uploaded videos may contain health-related examination information. Users must ensure they have the right and authority to upload files. Dr.Catch is intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals or authorized clinical users.
