Dr.Catch is a web-based video analysis software tool that helps clinicians review nystagmus examination videos. Users may upload examination videos, run automated analysis, and download generated outputs such as processed videos, graphs, and report files.

Dr.Catch is not a standalone diagnostic service. Final diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by licensed medical professionals.

The service is intended for clinicians, clinics, medical researchers, and authorized healthcare professionals. It is not intended to provide direct-to-patient diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or emergency medical advice.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right and authority to upload examination videos and related files. Users must review all generated outputs before using them in any clinical or research context.

Users must not rely on Dr.Catch outputs as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

Paid access is provided as a prepaid analysis balance. The current top-up amount and per-analysis deduction are displayed on the pricing and payment pages before checkout.

Card payments are processed through Eximbay. Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or revoked if payment fails, a refund is issued, or misuse is detected.

Generated result files are kept temporarily for download. Current analysis outputs may be replaced by a later analysis session, and repository files may be deleted automatically after the stated retention period.
